Ellard Sauka My understanding is that a constitution is the supreme documentated law that outlines and states the manner in which a people must be governed and rule themselves. As such it does not have to be crafted in a manner that conforms to a particular grouping of people at a given time.We therefore have to ensure it embraces the past,present and future with much empasis on our tomorrow not present.
